Delete your Grailr account
Grailr, by Insomniscape Technologies. This erases your account and everything in it — your collection, your sealed products, your deckboxes. Immediately. It cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
- Cancel any PRO subscription in Google Play (see below).
- Sign in below with the account you use in the app.
- Type DELETE and press the red button.
Or, in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.
Your subscription is between you and Google, not us. Deleting your Grailr account does not cancel it, and Google will keep charging you. Cancel it at Google Play → Subscriptions.
Sign in to prove it's your account
Use the same account you use in the app. We never delete an account on someone else's word.
What is deleted
Your sign-in record (email address and account id), your profile document, your currency and plan settings, your daily scan counter, every card and sealed product in your collection, and every deckbox. Deleted the moment you press the button — not queued, not scheduled. There is no retention period and we keep no backup copy.
Photos of cards are never stored: a scan is sent for identification and discarded. There is nothing there to delete.
What is kept, and by whom
We keep nothing. One thing survives, and it is not ours to erase: if you ever bought PRO, Google keeps the record of that transaction under its own policies, the same as for any Google Play purchase. We cannot delete Google's records. Ask Google via Google Play support.
Card names, images and prices shown in the app come from public sources (Cardmarket, TCGplayer, Limitless, Scryfall, YGOPRODeck). Nothing about you is stored there.
Can't sign in?
Write to dafin.fc2020@gmail.com from the email address on the account. We will delete it and confirm by reply.
Șterge-ți contul Grailr
Se șterge contul și tot ce conține — colecția, produsele sigilate, deckbox-urile. Imediat. Nu se poate anula.
Ai abonament PRO? Anulează-l întâi. Abonamentul e între tine și Google, nu cu noi. Ștergerea contului Grailr nu îl anulează, iar Google va continua să te taxeze. Îl anulezi din Google Play → Abonamente.
Autentifică-te mai sus cu același cont pe care îl folosești în aplicație, scrie DELETE și apasă butonul roșu. Se șterg: contul de autentificare, documentul de profil, toate cardurile și produsele sigilate, toate deckbox-urile.
Sau, în aplicație: Profil → Setări → Șterge contul. Dacă nu te poți autentifica, scrie la dafin.fc2020@gmail.com de pe adresa contului.
Ce se șterge: contul de autentificare (email și id), documentul de profil, setările de monedă și plan, contorul zilnic de scanări, toate cardurile și produsele sigilate, toate deckbox-urile. Imediat, fără perioadă de retenție și fără copie de siguranță. Fotografiile cu carduri nu sunt stocate niciodată — o scanare e trimisă pentru identificare și aruncată.
Ce se păstrează: noi nu păstrăm nimic. Un singur lucru supraviețuiește și nu ne aparține: dacă ai cumpărat vreodată PRO, Google păstrează înregistrarea acelei tranzacții, conform politicilor lui. Nu putem șterge evidențele Google.
